Our client is a leading Australian Insurance Company who are seeking a Motor Claims Consultants to join their growing team and assist with the management and processing of a Motor Claims portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Registration and actioning of claims
- Reducing outstanding claims
- Determining claims liability
- Liaising with solicitors and agents and service providers
- Negotiating of claims
To be successful, you will have:- Previous Motor Claims experience
- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
