Our client, a leading financial institution is experiencing growth as a result of increasing business, as such they have a long term contract available. This is a rare opportunity in this market to start immediately and use your previous mortgage settlements / loan processing / conveyancing or other lending related experience!
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the settlement function including document preparation and attendance of settlements for residential mortgages. There would also be some post settlement functions such as system updating and issuing cheques.
As you will be a representative of this company, your high order written and oral communication skills will be paramount, together with your professional approach and presentation. In addition to this, we need ENERGY! Those that have experience in attending settlements will clearly be considered excellent candidates for this role.
