QPL is a public company registered in April 1998 in New South Wales and is limited by shares and governed by both the Corporations Law and its constitution, which was lodged with ASIC as at the date of registration. Upon request, a copy of QPL's constitution is available for viewing.

QPL's business strategy and operations are overseen by a Board of Directors made up of the following:

QPL is audited independently on an annual basis in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.
