QPL understands that corporate responsibility is about living the values and principles that govern the way we operate as an organisation and behave as individuals. We understand that we have an obligation not only to our clients, staff, and shareholders but to the wider community to operate in a socially responsible manner.

We believe it is about ensuring we have a positive impact on our people, the broader community in which we operate, the environment and that we build the trust and respect of our customers.

QPL is a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association and has built into our own staff policies a code of conduct which commits each employee to operate and comply to the industry code of conduct and adhere to ethical business, recruitment and consulting practices.

QPL invests significant resources into quality assurance and as such has published policies and procedures which guide all aspects of the way we conduct our business day to day and our business decisions.

Committed to continuous improvement, we review our policies and procedures to make positive changes and review our impact on our employees, the environment and our community.
